Shipping policy

Please allow 24hrs for your processing orders before they are shipped.

If your order is processed on a weekend or holiday, your package will be shipped the next working day.

Once your package has been sent, a tracking information will be sent to your email so please make sure the email provided is correct!

Please note Once the package has left our store, has been received by the post office, and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost packaging. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided at check out. If your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can change this for you if we have not shipped out the item already. We are not responsible if the item has already been shipped.

 

International Orders: We ship worldwide through Royal Mail, you will also receive a tracking number. Customers will be responsible for duties & taxes, according to their country.

Delivery time depends on your selected country and the handling with customs. Please allowing up to 15 working days to arrive, although it may vary Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates or time.
